One of Bahja's, our jar buyer, trades is taking long trips on mules and travels door to door in the Middle Atlas Mountains where he buys old olive oil jars from Berber homes. These olive oil jars are still being used in the mountains and valleys to store olive oil and salt preserved farmers butter. Most are between 25 to 75 years old.
