Online Return Policy

We are committed to our customer satisfaction. In the event that you need to return any merchandise purchased online, please email or call us to get an authorization. We will be very happy to help you with the exchange or return. You can contact us by via
phone, email, or fax.

Once you have initiated contact for an authorization within 15 days, you are automatically protected under this policy.

DO NOT return any merchandise without a return authorization.

As soon as we receive the return in the same condition it was sent to you, we will credit your account in full less 10% of the total or the actual incured shipping and handling fees.

Due to the nature of hand made products, dimensions, details and/or colors represented in our catalog may vary slightly. Natural variations in products are not considered damages or defects.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damages should first be reported to the carrier and then to us via
voice, email, or fax.
DO NOT return any merchandise to us without a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restock fee.

IMPORTANT: Due to strict shipping and claim handling policies, damaged product claims will only be accepted and honored within 48 hours of receipt of order. This is strictly enforced.
