Q. Can you send me catalog?
Currently we do not print any catalogs. We use this website as a catalog. We are working on adding a .pdf file that can be printed and used as a catalog.
Q. How do I place an order?
As you navigate through our site, you can click on different items that interest you with or without the intention of buying them. Once you have everything in your shopping cart, go through the items picked and either adjust quantities or delete unwanted items. Click on RECALCULATE and you should be ready to check out. Next, click on the CHECKOUT button to complete the order. You must fill out all the required fields on the order form for it to be processed. Click on next and enter you payment information. Shortly after completing your order you will receive an email verifying the quantity of each item ordered, total purchase amount and address where the order will be shipped. If here are any mistakes in this confirmation please email us back immediately to correct them before the order is shipped. Q. I placed an order but my shopping cart didn't show it.
A. Our shopping cart software sends cookies so that it can remember and greet you when you come back to shop again. This usually happens when the cookies option is turned off in your browser settings. Please turn cookie acceptance on, close your browser and reopen it again and that should take care of the problem.
Q. The shopping cart won't take my credit card.
A. First, make sure a valid credit card number is keyed in. Also, don't type any slashes, dashes, or spaces as you input the credit card number and expiration date. Make sure that the zip code in billing matches that where your credit card statement is mailed to. This is a security feature. If all of the above is correct you should have no problem proceeding.
Q. How long does it take for you to ship my order?
A. We usually ship within 5-7 business days of receiving your order with a confirmed payment. In the rare occasion that we don't have your desired item in stock, we will contact you and advise you of such. If you pay using a check, we usually wait until it has been cleared through the bank before we proceed with shipping. Generally, you will get your product within 7-14 business days depending on where you are.
Generally, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you need us to rush your order to you, we will absolutely do so when you let us know your preferred rush service and additional charges will apply.
Q. How do you ship large products?
A. We use either Fedex Freight or UPS freight. Please click here for detailed Freight Information.
Q. Where are you located and where do you ship from?
A. Most of our inventory in now located and shipped from Miami Florida.
Q. Do you provide a gift wrap service?
A. No, not at the moment. We will offer it on the website as soon as it becomes available.
Q. Is everything on the site available for free shipping?
Unless noted otherwise, all merchandise is shipped free of charge within the continental USA. Free shipping applies to internet orders only. We will advise you in the description of an item that requires any extra shipping or handling charges.
Q. Do you wholesale to businesses and shops?
A. We have stopped selling wholesale as of June 2008.
